Jubilee of Beit HaNassi

As curator, I developed this photography exhibition commemorating the half-century milestone of Israel's President's Residence in Jerusalem. The showcase pairs historical images from the Government Press Office archives with contemporary photographs by Shlomi Amsalem, creating a visual dialogue between past and present.

The exhibition explores architect Aba Elhanani's modernist vision for this significant national institution. My exhibition design responded to the building's architecture through a distinctive "street gallery" display system that echoes Elhanani's iconic zigzag border fence. This thoughtful integration created a natural flow for displaying photographs along the perimeter walls - a system that continues to serve rotating exhibitions at the Residence today.
