Exhibition: Mambush Tapatry Worshop

Assistant Curator (Curator: Zeela Kotler Hadari)
Herzliya Museum of Contemporary Art

As assistant curator, I contributed to uncovering the remarkable story of the Ein Hod Workshop. The pieces featured both biblical motifs and abstract designs, often incorporating innovative color blocking techniques. Founded by Yitzhak and Aviva Mambush, this unique enterprise, part of the Ein Hod artists' village, embodied the vision of integrating high art into daily life while supporting artists' livelihoods. Working with archival materials and rare tapestries, I helped document this pivotal chapter in Israeli textile art.
